Ethics & Integrity
Our Commitment
Pine Bluff Sand & Gravel has built our reputation on doing business the right way. We believe that individual accountability creates team integrity, and we have put in place processes and standards that ensure ethical behavior at every level of our company.
Our Standards
Every employee is expected to conduct business ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. Our policy is to compete fairly and vigorously on the merits, quality and value of our products and services. Any employee who violates this policy is subject to discipline, up to and including termination.
Antitrust Compliance
We require all employees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations and policies in their business activities, including antitrust laws. Given the nature of our industry, we take antitrust compliance seriously. Our policy prohibits communications with competitors about business topics outside the bounds of approved buy-sell transactions or other legitimate pro-competitive activities with prior approval.
The Chief Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring our compliance with the antitrust laws, including through periodic trainings and compliance audits. The CCO is also a resource for answers to questions employees might have about the antitrust laws and compliance with this policy.
Our Response
Employees are required to immediately report any violations of this policy. You are required to report information regarding a possible antitrust violation even if your boss or another superior is involved.
No disciplinary or retaliatory action will be taken against an employee for reporting a suspected violation of this policy. Failure to report a violation, however, may result in disciplinary action, including possible termination.
The CCO has the authority to conduct an internal investigation and consult with counsel if warranted to assess the risk of a violation and take appropriate action.
Speaking Up
As an employee, if you see or suspect behavior that doesn't align with our policies, you can confidentially ask questions and report possible violations by contacting:
